DO I NEED EXPERIENCE TO JOIN THE TEAM?

Due to the rough nature of the sport, we ask all aspiring new members to have a lot of experience under their belt.

However, anyone is more than welcome to join the team during our practice times.

WHEN AND WHERE ARE PRACTICES? 

Unfortunately, Tallahassee does not have an ice rink, instead we hold practice at Tallahassee Indoor Sports. We encourage our players to have roller skates so we can still practice and do drills like a normal team would. 

 

WHERE DO WE PLAY? WHO DO WE PLAY AGAINST? 

The FSU Hockey team travels all over Florida to play against major schools, such as USF and UT. We also travel out

of-state to play teams such as Clemson and Auburn. We recently joined the CHF where we will compete against other teams in our conference.

 

WHAT ABOUT TRANSPORTATION? 

Sometimes, the team will rent buses to travel to games, however, majority of the time, the players will carpool with one another. 

 

CAN I STILL JOIN EVEN THOUGH THE SEASON HAS ALREADY STARTED? 

We are always open to new members throughout the season, all we ask is that you come with experience,

determination and excitement for the game.

HOW CAN I SUPPORT THE TEAM?

Although we are funded by the school our financial needs still exceed what we are provided. The easiest way to help the team is through donations, which can be found in the button below. Any donations are much appreciated.
